MxDicey Announces Debut Single Sinister Vibe

MxDicey released their genre-defying, true crime inspired debut ‘Sinister Vibe’ on July 25, fusing alternative synth-pop, R&B, break-beat, and soca, the Halloween-tinged single features Trinidadian steel pan performed by MxDicey’s own father, adding a deeply personal layer to the production. 

The track is a fusion of sounds unlike anything else in the Aotearoa music landscape. Undeniably creepy and unnerving in the vocal delivery, while a heavy thumping bass carries the danceable groove, eliciting images of late nights and early morning in k road clubs.
