The most recent workshop to come out of Meantime’s Maketime initiative, supporting rangatahi to create, execute, and manage their own events, Climate Crafts is a series of 4 workshops located around Tamaki Makaurau, culminating in a gallery exhibition and competition “This Comp Is Trash” for workshop attendees to showcase their creations.

Climate Crafts offers space and guidance for participants to learn valuable skills in mending and upcycling, as well as try their hand at creating art from household materials that would otherwise end up in the landfill. 

The second workshop in the Climate Crafts series takes place this coming Saturday, August 8th at OMAC in Otara from 2pm-6pm!
